Good afternoon, my dear professors!

It’s my honor to be here for this interview, I’m glad to introduce myself to you. I’m a senior student of Xi’an University of Science and Technology, My name is xx and my major is xx

There are rapid progresses(忘了是可数还是不可数了) in my campus life. I have strong ambition and do my best to achieve my goals. As a result, I obtained first class scholarship many times and have a deeper understanding on my study. In my spare time, I’d like to soak in the library reading books ranging from literature to physical science to broad my horizon. Outdoor sports and reading are my favorite activities. Besides, as a member of the College Students’ Union, I strive to finish any assignment perfectly.

After four years studying at my major, there are so many aspects I can’t master very well, and I have a deep interest in my major. With the strong supports of my family I decided to get a further study.

The University of Science and Technology of China is one of the most famous institutes in our country, I have dreamt of studying in the prestigious university since I was a child, and I think it is the best choice for those who desire to get a precious academic atmosphere.

There are also other reasons for me to choose Fire science as my major. One hand, I prefer scientific research to safety management, and I desire to have a deeper understanding on it . On the other hand, the fire safety problem is extremely serious and further research on it is urgent and important.

I appreciate your considering me as one of the candidates. And I will concentrate on study and research in this field of Fire science in my graduate time and make a solid foundation for future profession. If necessary, I will get further study on my major after my graduate career.
