3. Counter Offer

Thank you so much for your offer, but after we carefully studied, we found your price is too high. We know that your goods are in high quality in comparison with the same items produced in Europe. However, your price is 5%-10% higher. So we do hope you kindly reduce the price approximately 5%, say $7.30/ctn. I believe this concession should be acceptable by you.

Our counter offer

Thank you for your comment, we learnt that our samples are meeting your request and our quality is acceptable by you. But regret to hear that you thought our prices are higher than other countries of the same products. We do hope to co-operate and expand business with your company, but I am really sorry to say that your counter offer can not be accepted.     Thank you for your fax of March 19. We regret to say that we are not agree your point, but for our relationship we will accept your counter offer.
2、强调原报价的合理性
   As business has been done extensively in your market at this price, we regret to say we cannot make further concession.
    We feel that your counter offer is not proper because the price for such material is on the increase at present.
